Terms and Conditions for our Events
  1. Unless otherwise stated, event booking confirmation is based on first-pay-first-serve basis.

  2. Event booking is usually confirmed when all following conditions are met:
    a. the registration and payment procedures are adhered to and valid payment has been received & confirmed.
    b. there are still vacancies.
    c. applicant fulfills event eligibility criteria.

  3. Event booking where payment is received or expected to be received on event-day itself is considered as “walk-in” booking. Explicit permission is required to permit the lateness of such payment. Any event-day payment made without this permission is not liable for any refund.

  4. If payment is made in accordance to registration and payment procedures, but all vacancies are filled, a full refund will be made (see refund policy below).

  5. VivaOne LLP reserves the rights to reject any payment/applicant.

  6. VivaOne LLP reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registration.

  7. Due to unexpected contingencies, all the event itineraries, programmes, venues, activities, group size, costs, packages, and conditions are subject to change at any point of time. While VivaOne LLP expends reasonable effort to ensure the event performs as advertised, there are many factors it does not have direct control over and cannot take responsibility for. VivaOne LLP reserves the right not to offer refund. However the preferred course of action for VivaOne LLP is to effect partial cash-on the spot compensation, by merit, at its full discretion.

  8. VivaOne LLP takes serious and reasonable care to ensure the safety of its clients. However neither VivaOne LLP nor its associates are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from participating in VivaOne LLP services. These damages can arise from but are not limited to other clients, loss of personal belongings, accidents or venues which are independently owned and run by others.

  9. VivaOne LLP reserves the right to cancel an event by the sending of event cancellation notification, up to one day before the event. VivaOne LLP is not subject to any liabilities arising from such cancellation except for full refund to successful registrants (see refund policy).
Refund Policy for Events
  1. No refund will be given for non attendance of event.

  2. Full refund will be made only when an event is cancelled by VivaOne LLP.

  3. A client withdrawing more than 3 days before the event will obtain a full refund less expenses incurred by the event preparation and a $10 admin fee. Alternatively, VivaOne LLP allows one transfer to an existing event of similar or lower value.

  4. An absentee may nominate someone of the same gender who meets the event criteria to fill the vacancy. VivaOne LLP should be informed of this nomination, as well as the required information of this nominee, as early as possible.

  5. VivaOne LLP reserves the right not to exercise any refund for withdrawal made 3 days or less from the event. However out of goodwill, it is the customary for VivaOne LLP to give refund, less $15 admin fee and penalty fee pro-rated to the lateness of the withdrawal.

  6. Only clients with the means to accept refund via Internet Banking, through the banks by which VivaOne LLP accepts pre-payment, are eligible for refund.

  7. Whenever a situation for refund arises, VivaOne LLP will inform the client of its intention to refund, and request for the client account details to make refund. Such details should reach VivaOne LLP within 3 days of the request, otherwise the client refund is forfeited.

  8. VivaOne LLP will refund the client within 3 days upon receiving valid and timely account details.
