Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, our incident handling procedure is as follows:
A staff is specifically assigned to the client to record the details of the incident. The matter is investigated and a solution proposed within 3 working days. However for a few truly complicated cases that take more time (the maximum period is 30 calendar days), the client will be informed of the progress every 3 working days.
If the proposed solution is not accepted, the client will be directed immediately to SDU-Trust Accreditation Council (68389837) for further mediation. VivaOne agrees to be bound by the findings of the mediation.
